The Federal Government of Somalia (FGS) has received financing from the African Development Fund; hereinafter called the Bank toward the cost of the Somalia Road Infrastructure Programme -Additional Financing- (HoA – Somalia – Djibouti – Ethiopia Corridor) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the reconstruction of Lot1 Section1 BeledWeyne-Kalabeyr road (22km) to asphalt concrete standard. For this contract, the Recipient shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines and procedures for Investment Project Financing.
